We offer a 7-day refund policy for users who are genuinely unsatisfied with our platform. All refund requests are subject to review.

Eligibility for a Refund

• To be eligible, you must request the refund within 7 days of your purchase.
• We aim to provide this option to users who find the content quality unsatisfactory for their preparation. We may, at our discretion, decline a refund request if we find significant usage of our paid resources. Significant usage includes, but is not limited to, attempting a large number of mock tests or topic-wise tests.
• This policy is in place to prevent misuse and is not a "no questions asked" guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at jecaprep.in@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please include the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve.

Processing

We will review your request and your account activity and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
