1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JECAPrep.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service & Disclaimer of Guarantees

Description: JECAPrep.in provides a mock test platform for WB JECA aspirants, including full-length tests, topic-wise tests, notes, and other resources intended to aid in exam preparation.

Disclaimer of Guarantees: While we have built the platform and curated the questions to the best of our ability, we make no guarantees regarding your performance or success in the actual WB JECA examination. Your academic success depends on your personal effort and study habits. Our platform is a tool to assist your preparation, not a guarantee of a specific outcome.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Sharing: Your account is for your personal, individual use only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account credentials with any other person.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, scraping, distributing, or reselling any of our content, including questions, solutions, or notes.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior towards other users or administrators on any associated platforms, including our official Telegram group.

4. Payment and Access

Access to the paid content is granted after a successful one-time payment via our payment gateway, Razorpay.

The purchase grants you access to the platform and its resources for the current WB JECA examination season. This access will remain active for a limited and reasonable time after the exam date to allow for post-exam analysis. This is not a perpetual or 'lifetime' access.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate any of these Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyani, West Bengal.
